Senate passes bill requiring public education department to publish assessment results by subgroup

Senator Ramos said the requirement is intended to make assessment data more accessible and transparent. Senator Padilla asked whether the bill had gone to the finance committee; he was told it had not and that the bill focuses on department demographic reporting of summative assessments.
