- Procurement and equipment: Commissioners authorized Public Works to accept a bid from Ed Staub and Sons Petroleum for county fuel supply, testing and treatment services (expenditure amount to be determined based on fuel needs). The board also authorized purchase of a 2025 Freightliner M106+ chassis through Premier Truck Group for the Road Department equipment reserve, with an approved expenditure of $114,859.
- Appointments: The board appointed Donna Ness and Timothy Smith to the Bly Vector Control District Board; Robert Lewis to the Rainbow Park Pine Ridge Special Road District Board; and Jeremy Morris to the Spence Mountain Maintenance Advisory Committee. No fiscal impacts were reported for these appointments.

The board also approved the Klamath County Juvenile Crime Prevention Plan for the 2025-2027 biennium, which will be submitted to the Oregon Department of Education; funding for the program will be determined by the legislature and the county noted an anticipated $104,266 in the current biennium.
- Public health IGA amendments: Two amendments to the Oregon Health Authority intergovernmental agreement were approved removing small unspent amounts from WIC and overdose prevention subawards (amounts stated in the meeting as $0.40 and $941.80 respectively).
- Sandhill Consulting contracts: The board approved three contracts with Sandhill Consulting for (1) abatement and demolition assistance (time & material, not to exceed $9,500, to be completed by 12/31/2025), (2) ongoing project management for the Klamath Hub (time & material, not to exceed $9,500, to be completed by 12/31/2025), and (3) code review and value engineering for the Klamath Hub (time & material, not to exceed $7,500, to be completed by 12/31/2025). Funding was cited from the COVID-19 pandemic fund (GL 2133503550365000).
Votes on the listed items were recorded as voice votes in the meeting transcript; the chair frequently said "Chair votes aye" after commissioners indicated assent. Where the transcript recorded financial amounts or contract ceilings, those figures are reported here as stated in the meeting record.
Commissioners also recognized a staff success story for an employee in the district attorney's office and received brief reports from department heads as part of regular business.
