Following a second public hearing, the Ventura County Board of Supervisors on March 18 adopted an ordinance to place the Fox Canyon Groundwater Management Agency executive director classification in the county’s unclassified service.
Marjorie (staff name listed in staff report) presented the item and said the ordinance would become effective 30 days after the conclusion of this second hearing or on April 18, 2025, whichever occurs later. There were no public speakers on the item. Supervisor Lopez moved the item; Supervisor Long seconded the motion. The vote was recorded as unanimous.
