Neighbors had an earlier opportunity to meet with the applicant and, after that meeting, a neighborhood representative told the board the 0 setback had been the primary concern and that the revised 5‑foot request addressed several neighborhood issues. Board members asked staff to accept revised drawings and continue the matter to the April 15 hearing so the board could act with the updated materials on the record. The board voted 5‑0 to hold the item at the applicant’s request; the applicant and staff set March 31 as a deadline for revised materials to be submitted.
