City manager: fiber relocation delays intersection work; Union Pacific to designate Tehachapi 'Train Town USA'

Staff said they will coordinate plaque placement at the depot and related commemorative apparel and merchandise.
Other announcements included a "Coffee with the Mayor" event on Thursday mornings at Mountain Hawk House and a community blood drive scheduled for March 20 at Vineyard Church, hosted in cooperation with Adventist Health and city partners.
