The council approved pool and restroom renovation work at city facilities and a slurry seal pavement contract to Aztec as part of a joint Sioux Falls project.
The meeting included approval of Resolution 04‑25, which formalizes the city's travel policy and sets per‑diem meal and mileage reimbursements at current state rates. Staff clarified that the policy will track state rates and that receipts are required for reimbursements.
