Branham said the team’s work included an existing-conditions inventory, stakeholder meetings, a public open house, property-owner interviews and a market snapshot. “My name is Chris Branham. I’m with Catalyst Commercial. We’re the prime on this project,” he told the board as he described a plan intended to create “a vibrant destination where residents and businesses thrive.”
