District‑specific streets mentioned for the coming work included segments in South Montebello such as Date, Greenwood, Spruce and Carib; staff said previously approved projects also remain in progress. The council vote carried 4–0; Mayor Pro Tem De Mayo recused himself from this item and left the dais before the vote.
