Trust continues outreach on community land trust exploration

At the June 11 meeting the Revere City Affordable Housing Trust Fund Board said it is continuing conversations about a possible community land trust.
Joe Gravalese said he has continued to engage consultant Harry Smith and Laura Christopher and that Smith will reach out to stakeholders beyond the trust to gauge interest. Members of the fundraising subcommittee were invited to a Lincoln Institute webinar on community land trusts; several board members said they planned to attend and report back.
The board did not take formal action and said it would report findings from consultant outreach and webinar materials in a future meeting.
