Planning staff member Sean presented the administrative request on behalf of the applicant, Weider Bear Land, and summarized the application packet and the applicant's May 8, 2025 extension letter. Sean said the project covers three parcels totaling about 3.116 acres at West Ramsey Road, south of Lopez Avenue and east of Player Drive, and that two parcels are zoned Community Commercial (CC) while one is zoned C17.
