- Approve stipulation agreement (settlement) described on the record as settlement agreement number "Twelve-eighteen-two24" and authorize the superintendent to execute the agreement. Moved by Mitchell Williams; seconded by Pastor Williams. Outcome: approved, 7-0.
- Accept a resolution authorizing the superintendent to enter into an agreement resolving claims regarding case number 637050 in accordance with the stipulation of settlement to be placed on file with the district clerk. - Waive first and second reading and adopt Policy 7350, "Time Out and Physical Restraint," as recommended by the policy committee and district counsel. Waiver motion moved by Mitchell Williams and seconded by Mr. Perino; adoption moved by Pastor Williams and seconded by Mr. Moore. Outcome: waiver and adoption each approved, 7-0.
