Executive Officer Libby told the commission the proposed budget is $147,500, “a drop of almost 31% from our current fiscal year,” and recommends a general reserve of $186,000 working toward a $250,000 commission reserve. The commission voted unanimously to adopt the preliminary budget after a brief public hearing.
