Bureau reports rising applications, 133 complaints pending and new outreach tools

The Professional Fiduciary Bureau on March 12 briefed its advisory committee on licensing, enforcement statistics and outreach efforts, reporting increased application activity and a continuing enforcement caseload.
Terry McClain, the bureau program manager, said the bureau has issued a total of 1,485 licenses since February. McClain noted a correction to the statistical materials’ date (the materials are dated Sept. 2024 in the packet but should read Dec. 31, 2024) and said the bureau runs quarterly snapshots that can fluctuate with renewals and status changes.
