The Department of Consumer Affairs (DCA) and the Professional Fiduciary Bureau on March 12 described steps taken to support licensees affected by the Los Angeles wildfires under Governor Newsom’s Executive Order N-15-25, issued Jan. 29, 2025.
Leslie Barnby of DCA told the advisory committee that licensees whose license expiration dates fall between Jan. 1 and July 1, 2025, and whose business or residence addresses are in identified ZIP codes impacted by the fires are eligible for a one-year deferral to pay renewal fees.
