Lehi identified the three recipients as the Gilpin EMS and fire operations, the Jefferson Center for Mental Health, and the Gilpin County district attorney’s office. In the meeting motion, the board authorized disbursement amounts recorded in the transcript as $1,126,416 to EMS and fire and $820,953 to the district attorney. The amount listed for the Jefferson Center for Mental Health was unclear in the transcript (recorded as “37.08 $45,000”); staff did not provide a clear figure on the record during the discussion.
