Board members reviewed submitted materials and noted the proposal appeared to replace an existing structure in the same area and that the work appeared to be predominantly residential in character. No members of the public raised objections during the Planning Board discussion.
A motion to send a letter of no comment to the Zoning Board of Appeals was moved and seconded and carried with members present voting in the affirmative (recorded votes included Cabral and Wilga saying "aye").
