He said the project team planned to escrow funds for remaining items so house permits could move forward for builders.
Commission discussion focused on whether a six‑month extension would be adequate; Commissioner Severing moved to extend for six months and Commissioner Wall seconded. Commissioners voted in favor and staff noted final inspection and escrow conditions will follow the extension.
