KAYSVILLE, Utah — The Kaysville City Planning Commission on March 13 approved a conditional use permit to install an illuminated electronic message center (EMC) sign at Barnes Memorial Park.
The commission’s action clears the parks and recreation department’s request to replace a demolished static sign at the southeast corner of Barnes Park, near the intersection of 200 North and Cage Drive.
