Brownsburg council approves resurfacing bid, annexation ordinance and cell-tower lease amendment; approves $3.35M claims docket

The Town of Brownsburg Town Council on March 13, 2025 approved several routine and project-specific items, including a resurfacing contract, an annexation ordinance on third reading and a contract amendment for an existing cell tower lease.

The council approved the civil town and fire territory claims and payroll docket covering Feb. 28–March 13, 2025, with a total amount of $3,348,428.73. A motion to approve the claims docket passed without recorded opposition during the meeting’s roll call on the motion to approve the docket.

On the Wild Ridge Boulevard resurfacing project (agenda item 6.1), the council awarded the contract to Milestone at a bid price of $309,700.
