The firm proposed four candidate sites—labeled in the presentation as Site A, Site B (Clayton Plaza), Site C (A2Z Outlet Shopping Center) and a parcel at 4176 Jonesboro Road—for further study, with the goal of narrowing the list to two sites for more detailed concept plans.
