Petitioner Haben Davis said the property has operated as a daycare for approximately 10 years and that the rezoning seeks to formalize the commercial classification. Staff told the hearing examiner it had no additional comments and reported no remonstrators were present.
Based on staff’s recommendation and petitioner testimony, the hearing examiner recommended approval of 2025 ZON 009; the recommendation will be forwarded to the Metropolitan Development Commission for its April 2 meeting.
