City continues appeal hearing for 50 Main Street to March 25 pending applicant issues

The Placerville City Council opened a public hearing March 11 on an appeal filed by Ryan Nutting challenging an administrative fine for 50 Main Street for alleged failure to respond to a notice to correct. Staff reported that the applicant requested a continuance and staff recommended continuing the hearing to the March 25 meeting because of outstanding issues.
The council formally continued the hearing to March 25 by unanimous roll call vote. No public testimony was taken on the record before the continuance. Staff said the matter will be scheduled on the March 25 agenda for further consideration.
