Amy Fraley, senior program manager for Houselessness Solutions, opened the update and introduced Brooke Hokey, shelter coordinator, who presented annual point‑in‑time methodology and counts: ‘‘The point in time count is conducted every year on a single night in January. And it measures the number of people experiencing sheltered and unsheltered houselessness in Central Oregon,’’ Hokey said.
