The presentation noted tension around moving classified employees because some positions already exist in the district; staff said they are trying to “create space” so as many Live Oak classified employees as possible can transfer to the new charter without displacing current employees. The staff member said the district hopes to finalize principal selection and staffing decisions in the spring and provide more details as decisions are made.
