Moved by Councilor Burris; seconded by Councilor Mortis. The council voted aye; the motion carried.
- Ordinance No. 9773 — "Authorizing the issuance of $576,000 serial bonds of the city of Rome, Oneida County, New York to finance the cost of the purchase of machinery, apparatus, equipment, and furnishings." Moved by Councilor Sporrell; seconded by Councilor Dursey. The council voted aye; the ordinance passed.
