The board unanimously adopted the agenda at the start of the meeting. "So moved," moved by Mister Kilcoyne and seconded by Mister Ciccarelli; the motion carried.
The consent agenda was approved on a motion by Mrs. Hepner and seconded by Mister Boyle.
