Davis County Commissioners opened a public hearing March 11 to receive comment on development of the county's 2025'26 annual action plan for Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) and, for the first time, the HOME Investment Partnerships program. Commissioners Lorraine Kamalu, Bob Stevenson and John Cross presided.
The hearing drew representatives from local service providers including Safe Harbor Crisis Center and Habitat for Humanity, which asked the county to consider them for CDBG/HOME funding in the coming program year.
