The Historic Preservation Board on June 3 voted to continue consideration of a Certificate of Appropriateness application for exterior alterations at 118 North Woodland Boulevard after the applicant asked for more time to revise plans.
City staff told the board the item, listed as HPB 25063, was being continued so the applicant could “update their plans and provide a new scope of work.” The board made a motion to continue the item to a future meeting and members voted in favor.
The applicant will return to a future Historic Preservation Board meeting once revised drawings and a clarified scope are submitted; no substantive review or public testimony on the merits occurred at the June 3 meeting.
The board’s continuance simply pauses HPB review; subsequent review steps will occur after the applicant files updated materials and any necessary building- or planning-permit applications.
