The Loudoun County Planning Commission voted June 12 to approve its 2024 annual report, as revised at the work session. The report compiles the commission’s recommendations, requests to the Board of Supervisors and a summary of commission activity for the year. The commission added a request that the Board consider adding two study items—active recreation in major floodplain and capital-facilities crediting for road improvements not in the CIP—to the 2019 General Plan review project plan. The motion to adopt the annual report was made and seconded and carried with a recorded vote. Commissioners asked staff to forward the final report and the commission’s added recommendations to the Board of Supervisors.
