At the meeting, parent Christine Yu said her daughter, Isabelle — who has Down syndrome, autism and ADHD — will be moved next year from her local elementary, Sable, to Scenic Hills because the individualized program Isabelle requires is not at Sable. "She can't go to Sable next year," Yu said, adding that the move will separate Isabelle from neighborhood friends who will attend Sable.
