Felix, a planning staff member, said the project was rezoned previously from A‑1 to R‑1‑10 and “is designed in conformity with that R‑1‑10 as well as, to generally conform with what was shown on the concept plan for the development agreement.” He told the panel utilities will be provided by the Buena Vista culinary water district, Weber‑Box Elder for secondary water, and the Central Weber Sewer District for sewer service, and that the sewer district had already annexed the property.
