- Item 15 (Alliance Enterprises, Department of Human Services) required a roll-call two-thirds approval because it was late-filed; the clerk conducted a roll call and the committee approved the item with recorded "Aye" responses reflected in the transcript.
- Item 10 (Centurion, Department of Correction) drew extended questioning and one member voiced "nay" on the floor; however, the chair announced the motion passed and instructed any member who wished to be recorded as a no to see the clerk.
