City reports Wine Haven litigation complaint dismissed; no closed‑session action recorded on potential litigation

The city attorney later reported on the dismissal of the Wine Haven complaint when the council reconvened.
The city manager noted the mayor arrived during closed session and the meeting moved to open session where the city attorney gave the standard closed‑session report consistent with the Brown Act requirements.
