The Henrico County Board of Supervisors approved a rezoning that will allow up to five zero-lot-line detached dwellings on a one-acre parcel on the south side of Kane Road near Frye Landing Drive, extending the Short Pump Manor neighborhood.
Planning staff described the request as an extension of the nearby R-5AC neighborhood. “The proposed development and overall density of 3.3 units per acre are consistent with the SMX designation, and we'd be in keeping with the character of the overall development,” Miss Moore told the board during the public hearing.
