Greer council approves two annexation ordinances on second reading; rezoning receives first reading

On second and final reading the council approved Ordinance No. 7-2025, an annexation petition for a portion of property owned by Graydon Properties, LLC at 1522 South Highway 14, and established a zoning classification of Regional Center for that parcel. The planning staff said the Planning Commission held a public hearing on Feb. 24 and recommended approval. The council moved to receive the ordinance and approved it by roll call.
