The Lemont Board of Trustees approved a professional services agreement March 8 with Carlisle Group to design a maintenance/municipal storage barn on Archer Avenue and Derby Road and to provide construction administration.
Ralph described the selection process: the village interviewed several architects and determined Carlisle Group’s experience — including work for IDOT and the tollway — best matched the village’s needs. The board approved the contract as “not to exceed $63,630.”
Trustees approved the agreement by roll call. Staff recommended the contract and said project scoping will proceed with Carlisle Group under the stated budget cap.
