Under the agreement, compensation shall not exceed $2,500. The contract term begins March 10, 2025, and runs through June 30, 2025, with the vendor responsible for preparing and filing the RxDC report on behalf of the county’s employee health plan. County staff explained the item was taken outside the consent agenda because the document had not yet been signed off by the county attorney before the prior meeting.
Motion and vote: a commissioner moved to approve the personal services agreement and a second was recorded; the board approved the contract by a 3–0 vote. County staff said the agreement will be circulated for signature.
Why it matters: RxDC reporting is a routine regulatory/data-collection task that the county’s health plan must submit; the approval authorizes a vendor to prepare the county’s calendar-year 2024 RxDC filing for the employee health program.
