• Interlocal agreements for roads and brush cutting (9.8, 9.9) and Whitesboro MC-30 primer (consent 7.2 moved to action): Approved a set of interlocal agreements with the city of Howe for road rebuilds and for brush cutting on Smith Road, and approved the Whitesboro MC-30 interlocal. Motions carried unanimously.
• Executive session (pursuant to Local Government Code 551.071): Court entered executive session for attorney consultation regarding litigation at 10:29 a.m. and returned at 11:18 a.m.; the judge reported there was no action to take on item discussed in executive session (9.11).
