Council schedules HRA meeting March 10 ahead of council and EDA sessions to handle property transfers and dissolution

Arntz said the order matters because the HRA must act on transfers and dissolution before the council considers transferring properties. He noted that although only four of seven council members were present at the Feb. 10 meeting, four members would be sufficient to take the anticipated actions on March 10.
Council members present confirmed availability for the 5:45 p.m. start. The manager asked staff to publish the schedule and to notify interested parties. No formal vote was recorded in the transcript; the arrangement was set by unanimous consent among those present.
