The property owner, Dale Fisher, was present and confirmed on the record that he agreed to the added conditions. The council then voted to adopt the ordinance as amended; the clerk recorded 18 yeas, 0 nays.
Council members emphasized that the floor amendment had been coordinated with the applicant and would be filed with Legislative Services as part of the public record. The passage implements a site-specific condition intended to reduce safety risk along a busy corridor.
