Stadium Authority votes to send Fanatics sole‑source contract back to legal counsel for review

The city attorney advised the board that a request for reconsideration was in order and that the board could either agendize reconsideration at a subsequent meeting or refer the question to the city attorney for analysis. Authority member Hardy moved to send the matter to legal counsel for analysis rather than immediately reconsidering the contract on the dais; the motion was seconded and passed unanimously. The city attorney said he would endeavor to report back to the board by the next meeting and the matter will be scheduled for further review.
