Council asked about handling overturned carts and placement errors; Matt said drivers are instructed to pick up knocked‑over containers and that an electronic tagging system documents improper placement so staff can notify residents. No policy change was adopted at the May 20 meeting; staff will return with options, including staffing impacts and cost, for any hours or truck purchases.
