Council holds several agenda items, awaits appraisals and adjourns to executive session

Councilors reviewed the consent and regular agenda and identified several items to hold, remove or send to committee. They noted a pending appraisal for agenda items 33 through 37, confirmed an Eastwood Heights appraisal had been received, and said several items were ready for a vote. The council then voted to adjourn into executive session to discuss items 49 through 51.

At the start of the review, councilors said items 26 through 32 were ready except for item 27, which would be held for a law committee meeting. "I have items 26 through 32. All items are ready except for item number 27, that item will be held," Councilor Gathers said. Later, councilors said items 33 through 37 would be held while awaiting an appraisal. "33 through 37 will be held, we're waiting, still waiting for that appraisal," one councilor said.

Councilor Williams noted that items 42 through 53 included items 49, 50 and 51 to be discussed in executive session. "49, 50, 51," Williams said when the items for executive session were confirmed.

Several other procedural changes were recorded: items 55–57 were held, item 58 was withdrawn, 59 was re-withdrawn, 60 was held and 61 was ready. Councilors also confirmed that items 38, 39, 40 and 41 were "ready to be voted on." The council concluded the public portion by moving to adjourn to executive session. A motion to adjourn was made and seconded; the transcript records, "So move second. Okay, all in favor, aye," with no individual vote tallies recorded.
