The minutes motion was moved by Trustee Mandesa and seconded by Trustee Bridal Bush; the board approved it 4–1 after Trustee Bridal Bush objected to how the prior LUMAC vote was recorded and asked that written statements submitted to the clerk be attached to the minutes.
