The Penncrest School District Board of School Directors on March 10 approved multiple consent agenda items, policy updates and contracts, including a $18,000 purchase of a used Ford F-250 and support for the Crawford County Career and Technical Centerannex demolition and shell contract.
Board members voted to approve the minutes of the Feb. 10, 2025 regular meeting and to accept first-reading updates to several district policies. The board approved the education consent agenda (items B through Q), the financial consent agenda (items B through E) and the personnel consent agenda as presented.
On facilities and transportation the board approved contracted student transportation drivers and authorized the purchase of a 2008 Ford F-250 for $18,000. Separately, the board voted to approve the Crawford County Career and Technical Centermotion that the center retain Massaro Corporation to complete demolition and construction of the Crawford Tech Annex outer shell at a project cost of $687,000; presenters noted the project cost is borne by the career center and is not a cost to Penncrest.
