The court also approved the purchase of 0.531 acres (23,112 square feet) from Leanne Pace and Dean Pace for $34,540 plus closing costs for the Jackson Road project (William Matthews survey, Abstract No. 891), with funding from the Jackson Road, Precinct 4 project line.
For the Plainview Road improvement project, the court approved three small drainage easements from Thomas Wayland Smith III and Amy Smith for a combined area of 1,052 square feet (easement 1: 0.008 acres / 370 sq ft; easement 2: 0.009 acres / 400 sq ft; easement 3: 0.006 acres / 282 sq ft) for a combined purchase price of $1,500 plus closing costs. Funding was recorded as coming from Plainview Road, Precinct 4 project line item 89755589050.
Motions: the easement purchases were moved and seconded (motions by Commissioner Edmondson with seconders recorded as Commissioners Mitchell or Falconer depending on the item) and each motion carried unanimously on the record.
