The board also accepted donations and scholarships totaling $41,813.97 for March with a fiscal-year-to-date total of $178,613.86; adopted the Ohio Department of Education and Workforce’s special education model policies with four site-specific exceptions recommended by legal counsel; approved the Troy indoor band/percussion trip to Highland Heights, Kentucky (out-of-state, day trip requiring board approval by policy); and approved personnel items, including several retirements and hires.
