Caleb Hurst noted on the record that both projects had been on the agenda the prior week and that the applicants had made modifications in response to earlier Development Review Committee comments. On appearance at this meeting, Constance Lake of the Building Department, Stephanie Kaiser of Planning, Kayla Burris of Development Services, Ryan Espar of the Health Department and Amanda Balvin of the Fire Department each stated they had no further comments.
The committee concluded the agenda after the departments indicated no outstanding technical comments. The committee reiterated that DRC approval shall be obtained prior to breaking ground if full DRC review applies and that the projects will proceed through standard plan review and platting procedures.
