Hutto EDC restricts executive-session attendance and tables agenda-label change; several administrative votes approved

The Hutto Economic Development Corporation voted to temporarily limit who may attend EDC executive sessions and tabled a separate proposal to change agenda language clarifying project names.

Board action on executive-session attendance: Board member Kelly McLaughlin moved and Vice Chair Matt Minton seconded a motion to "temporarily and immediately prohibit anyone other than the board members, the executive director and the corporation's general counsel from attending EDC executive session meetings unless expressly authorized by the board in open session" until bylaws can be amended.
