The Stewartville Public School District board unanimously adopted policy 5.24, “Internet Technology and Cell Phone Acceptable Use and Safety,” by resolution after a brief review. The motion to adopt was made by Mr. Ravenhorst and seconded by Miss Keefer. The board took a roll call vote: Miss Cook, Mr. Geist, Miss Kiefer, Mr. Lowman, Mr. Ravenhorst, Mr. Welch and the motion maker all voted in favor; the motion carried 7–0.
